Ekahau Positioning Engine (EPE) 3.0.

EPE gives accurate location in Wireless Networks. The Ekahau Positioning Engine™ (EPE) is a powerful positioning server that provides PC, PDA, and asset TAG location coordinates (x, y, floor) and tracking features to client applications. EPE includes a stand-alone Manager application for drawing the Ekahau Tracking Rails™, recording site calibration data, tracking wireless devices on map, and statistically analyzing the positioning accuracy.

Ekahau's patented positioning technology features up to 1 meter (3 ft) average accuracy, enabling people and asset tracking both indoors and outdoors.




Ekahau Site Survey (ESS) 2.1


Ekahau Site Survey tool ESS is a software product for performing site surveys in Wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g) networks. The ESS 2.1 supports multiple network cards, and allows optional, automated GPS site survey when working outdoors. Running the product requires a standard laptop PC with Windows XP or 2000 and a supported WLAN card. Ekahau Site Survey 2.1 displays the area of access points in the network. Different colors describe the signal levels within the network. ESS allows you to find the best possible locations and channels for both new or existing access points.
